Group & Individual Business Upskilling

In todays ever changing world, it’s more important than ever for employees and leaders to stay informed and fluent in the latest technologies, approaches and skills.

But too often, companies ignore the personal “Human Side” of the equation. Stress, anxiety, fear, trauma and the ways we approach our professional and personal lives drive how we perform and thrive at work and at home.

Our choice of whether to ignore or develop who we are and how we respond to the challenges we face can determine the course of our professional and personal lives.

My goal is to help leaders and their employees attain BodyMind based tools to help them thrive personally and professionally.

Real World Solutions

So how do people learn to actually “do” something about the many challenges they face? One of the overarching goals of many of my workshops is to teach the skills needed to wisely respond to these professional and personal challenges instead of simply blindly reacting.

To achieve this, I teach Somatic (Body Based) or embodied experiential approaches, tools and techniques that let participants learn by doing, testing, experimenting and questioning. Sometimes talking is fine, but when dealing with things such as the stress, anxiety, fears and trauma, processing and theory isn’t enough. The body must be a part of the equation.

Everything we work and experiment with is aimed at empowering you and the employees of your company with easy to learn “real world” Somatic ways to handle the stress and anxiety faced in the mess and loudness of the real world.

Achieving your goals.

Through this work and the skills presented, participants learn to become more aware of themselves, their surroundings and the events they participate in everyday.

They are also shown ways and approaches of attaining the goals they have set out to achieve for themselves and the companies they are helping to build.
